About

Shelley DeHart is an experienced educator based in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. She holds degrees in English and Education from the University of Mississippi and the University of North Texas, respectively, and a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Stephen F. Austin State University. With over 15 years of experience in education, she has primarily taught Advanced Placement English courses and also teaches regular and honors English at the high school level. Throughout her career, Shelley has specialized in teaching writing, guiding students in developing their skills in academic, analytical, and creative composition.

Shelley has served for many years as a College Board AP Language and Composition reader and has led workshops for both educators and students focused on writing instruction and AP exam success. In addition, she tutors secondary students in college essay writing, academic writing, and SAT/ACT preparation.
